Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were cozy but very nice and tastefully decorated. Great location, quiet, and rooms are actually quite soundproof. There was a party in the room next door which we noticed coming in one night, but we heard absolutely nothing once we were in our room. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

Staff were excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful. Hotel is modern decor and public areas are very nice. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. There are a number of hi-tech features, most good, but a challenge to figure out the overhead lighting. Two minor points: 1. The description that rooms are much larger than comparative nearby hotels is not true - our room was small - no sitting chairs, just enough room to walk each side of the bed and to place a small suitcase on the floor in the corner. 2. The bathroom sink is small with no counter space, and the tap spout extends out, making it difficult to wash.

The room was to a high standard and the Reception staff were really helpful. The location was perfect for my business trip and very close to Victoria Station. I will definitely stay again.

Great location, room was clean and really nice.. a little small but we wasn’t too bothered! Staff were friendly.. a little noisy around the hotel at night/early morning

The Ecclestone Square Hotel was a great hotel in 2011 when it opened to great fanfare… and it does not look as though it has been updated or maintained, or gone any attention in the intervening 14 years since.

Tiny, but expensive Tiny room, “fancy” light switches were challenging to operate, room-darkening curtain controls didn’t work well, no washcloths were provided or available upon request - if you’re an American used to bathing with one, bring your own, meager continental breakfast was ~$20/person - too much considering the room was already over $300/ night.

Great hotel in Victoria Really nice hotel in a nice area, close to Victoria. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and hotel clean. Room very nice and good features, albeit a little on the small side. Would certainly stay again.

We used the room service two nights and the burgers were very good, it’s a shame that the menu isn’t a larger selection. But we chose the same food both times as it was so good. I booked the hotel as I had an operation nearby in The Cleveland Clinic so my husband stayed all 3 nights and I stayed the 1st & 3rd
